Dviate on cssawards.net

Hey you! My name is Jermaine van Wijhe.
But you can call me Dviate. I'm a very passionate and hard working web designer & developer. I make beautiful websites for people all across the web. Solving problems with design and creativity is not only what I do for fun, but it’s also my career. Constantly learning and always eager to try new things, I'm your guy if you want your design to go to the next level. You should take a look at my past work or my resume and get in touch!

Showcase

Many pixels crafted with love

I love to create. My track record exists of client work, applications and tools. Please note that some work wasn't initially created by me, but I did work on aspects of the design.
Take a look below to see some of some recent work, just use the arrow keys (   and   ) on your keyboard.

Jeffrey Dirkse Design

This talented guy — when it comes to (hard)dance related artwork — asked me to reprogram his entire website and so I did. From now on Jeffrey Dirkse is able to add/edit his artwork using a modified installation of the WordPress system the easy way. Of course, aspects like SEO and social media sharing are included in one of my latest masterpieces.

Club 023

When you say clubbing in Haarlem, you're talking about Club 023. Club 023's website is running an extremely modified WordPress setup using the latest technology to display it's weekly photo album and communicate with it's visitors using social media like Twitter/Facebook.

Club 023 was also Haarlem's first club with a mobile (iPhone) website containing cool gadgets, downloads and location based navigation using Google Maps.

Mug the City

I was approached by event organisation Better and Harder Events/Dirty Stuff Events to design several event campaigns for the Mug the City event, held in Club 023.

Mug the City is the most famous hardcore related recurring event in Haarlem where many renowned names from the scene like Partyraiser, The Dark Raver, Chosen Few, Tha Playah, Nosferatu and Rheeza can be found behind the wheels of steel.

This re-design for Digimo Media, an Amsterdam based direct marketing company embodies their marketing skills in various forms like direct marketing, affiliate marketing and email marketing.

Digimo Media's site is done using HTML5/CSS3 and comes complete with a CMS in the backend (WordPress) and several social media options like Twitter sharing and URL shortening using bit.ly.

Bar le Func

Website design for DJ, producer and label owner - of Rhythm Section - Bar le Func showcasing his musical masterpieces, news, gigs and more.

Rodger Buyvoets · PixelIndustries

Jermaine is one of the best (as not the best) programmer I know. He really understands how something should work, and what's the best way to get it to work. Besides a professional relation it's also a joy to share your vision with Jermaine. I have nothing but positive feedback on the projects we have done together. If you're looking for someone to get things done, call this guy.

Jeffrey Dirkse · Jeffrey Dirkse Design

Jermaine can't be stuffed in a "hokje". He is versatile when it comes to his knowledge and experience, not only his designs but the entire front-end part can be his property. Within the team it's very nice to work with him and he always loves a joke. That little extra thing you're looking for as a customer!
